Customer Claims Procedure If a warranty claim is raised, the following process will apply: 1. Please carefully read and review the terms and conditions of the sales and warranty agreements before accepting this procedure. 2. Submit all warranty claims to the Technical Support Department ( ) within 30days of the discovery of the alleged Turbocharger product non-compliance or defect. 3. Complete and return the supplied << Warranty Claim Form >> to the Technical Support Department . ( ) 4. The warranty item or supporting evidence must then be sent to the area Technical Support Department . See below for correct address. 5. After the product is received by the Technical Support Department ., the claim will be evaluated within 1 working day (according to the business days in the Country) and the << inspection report >> will be completed with the conclusion. If any special occasions occur, the Technical Support Department will inform the customer as soon as possible.
