Customer Claims Procedure If a warranty claim is raised, the following process will apply: Jroneturbo.com 1. Please carefully read and review the terms and conditions of the sales and warranty agreements before accepting this procedure. 2. Submit all warranty claims to the Technical Support Department ( service@jroneturbo.com ) within 30days of the discovery of the alleged Turbocharger product non-compliance or defect. 3. Complete and return the supplied << Warranty Claim Form >> to the Technical Support Department . ( service@jroneturbo.com ) 4. The warranty item or supporting evidence must then be sent to the area Technical Support Department . See below for correct address. 5. After the product is received by the Technical Support Department ., the claim will be evaluated within 1 working day (according to the business days in the Country) and the << inspection report >> will be completed with the conclusion. If any special occasions occur, the Technical Support Department will inform the customer as soon as possible.
